Ms. Ashley Dulin
Executive Director
Ms. Ashley describes herself as an eclectic bundle of happiness that thoroughly enjoys teaching dance to anyone who has a desire to move. Originally from Southwest Michigan, she began her dance training as a youth at Danse Bravura. There she trained under Deborah Ricker in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance. Ms. Dulin later moved on to study with the O'Hare School of Irish Dance and Dance in Motion. After graduating from Battle Creek High School where she studied as part of the Fine Arts Academy, Ms. Dulin attended Eastern Michigan University under the direction of Julianne Pederson and Sherry Jerome. While at Eastern, she performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat directed by Phil Simmons, Volcano choreographed by Artistic Director Daniel Gwirtzman of Daniel Gwirtman Dance Company, and many other original pieces. Ms. Dulin also danced professionally with People Dancing of Ann Arbor, MI under the direction of Christina Sears Etter, performing in the original works of Ms. Sears Etter and Suzanne Willets Brooks. She has participated in many San Antonio and South Texas Fine Arts expositions. Ms. Dulin has been teaching, choreographing, and performing dance for the last twelve years, five of which she worked with the Inner-City Music Proving Arts Can Teach (IMPACT) program of Battle Creek, MI. She loves working with beginning students new to movement, and taking part in their development and progress. Ms. Dulin proudly teaches for the Children Enrichment Program for Alamo Colleges, choreographs for The Floresville Tigerettes, and enjoys instructing as a Guest Artist to many Studios and Schools. Ashley is so excited to work with you and your students; expanding movement vocabulary, building a strong technical foundation and hopefully sharing in a little joy with everyone!
